Fancy 12 megapixels in a stylish EXILIM camera? Casio has introduced the Hi-Zoom EX-Z1200 – the latest in their EXILIM series of digital cameras. The Hi-Zoom EX-Z1200’s 12MP resolution is the highest available in any compact digital camera.

The camera features the latest EXILIM Engine 2.0 image processing module for an amazing level of detail. An auto-tracking AF system now combines both face detection and motion analysis technologies. Once the focus is locked in, it follows a moving subject’s face, maintaining both sharp focus and correct exposure. Included are 37 ‘Best Shot’ modes including ‘Old Photo’ best shot which allows you to revive old photos in seconds.

Blur-Reduction Technologies
1. Automatically analyzes the velocity and vector of a moving subject and sets the most appropriate ISO sensitivity and shutter speed.
2. Anti Shake DSP reduces blur due to shaky hands and subject movement, using high shutter speeds and high sensitivity settings.
3. Movie mode with electronic camera shake compensation function.
4. Tonal range control reduces loss of detail in bright and dark areas, and helps to achieve smoother expression of skin tones and clear blue skies.
5. Auto-tracking AF system maintains sharp focus and correct exposure for a human face using face detection and motion analysis technologies.
