Panasonic SDR-S10 10x Zoom Ruggedized Camcorder
In conjunction with PMA07, Panasonic has announced a new, ruggedized SD Memory Card Camcorder. The SDR-S10 features water-resistant and dust-proof construction without any moving parts in its image capturing and storage process. The lightweight, compact SDR-S10 is equipped with a 10x optical zoom, quick-start technology, and a 2.7″ wide LCD.
Canon HV20 High-Defintion Camcorder
Canon has announced introduction of the Canon HV20 HD Camcorder. The new camcorder sports a 10x HD video zoom lens with Super Range Optical Image Stabilization and a Canon True HD 1920×1080 CMOS Image Sensor allowing true 1080 high-definition video with recording and playing back using MiniDV cassette tapes.
